The menu for this event looks fantastic. I have never seen one with so many items that I would actually love to taste myself. This is something I would be looking forward to taking photo's of but regretfully I already have reservations to go to Subic for the Weekend. Man, I can nearly taste those dishes as I write this. Hey, tell me this does not look terrific. I think Chef Griffiths is pulling all the stops out on this menu. Maybe he will save me one or two of those Bread Pudding & custard dishes to taste when I get back on Monday, please, pretty please Chef!
