Horizon is the first successfully operated high-rise condominium facility along Don Juico Avenue. One of the best things about this location is the view of Clark Airfield from the infinity pool on the roof deck, and quick access to Clark Freeport itself, not to mention the major highways and airport, through nearby Friendship gate - just a minute up the road. In my opinion, being able to avoid the traffic in Balibago is priceless.
Inside their tower you’ll find studio, one bedroom, and two bedroom units available for long-term rent or sale. Beyond the entrance you’ll be welcomed with a sleek lobby and comfortable reception area staffed 24-hours a day. Hop up the elevator and into the foyer and it’s nice to find that tinted windows allow the hallways to receive natural light in the daytime – which is a huge plus in my book. It gives the building a livelier feel, and you can sense that the tenants find a lot of harmony here, as it is a professional style atmosphere. There’s nothing like walking into a building and getting that “casino” effect – as in, no windows, and no natural light. That feeling of entrapment doesn’t breathe, “Welcome home.”
The units themselves are built out to Western standards. From the fixtures to the appliances, the furniture to the lighting – there’s nothing missing. Speaking of, LED lighting adorns the bottom of the beds, adding a nice touch to the ambiance of the room. The kitchens are fully equipped for long term stays, giving guests an option of continually eating out or cooking something in-house.
Horizon has a massive lot next door to their property that is for sale, and also has a vacancy on their ground level were there is an impressive offer sitting on the space. What I heard, and I'm not sure how long the deal will last, is that anyone who takes this commercial space will be given extra time at no additional charge in order to build out the begin operations. This is always a catch for guys because you hate the feeling of paying rent while you're finishing the interior - you can't earn from something if it isn't built out already.
