This is a new Diner on Clark located between the Northwalk and the Binulo restaurant. It is due to open any day now but when I stopped by, owner Camile Miranda and Architect Ric were still in the process of putting the finishing touches on the building and landscaping. No menu was available yet but Camile told me that her and her boyfriend partner got their ideas for a diner in the US and the menu will feature some great dishes at a reasonable price. She got a bit of help from her mother who owns the nearby Binulo restaurant. Nothing like having Mom close by.
The interior is bright, clean and very inviting. The staff that were still in training looked very keen on getting the operation underway. There is plenty of parking and the location is very convenient. One of my favorite places to eat breakfast in Las Vegas is the 50's diner. I hope this will be a close second.
As soon as it opens I will be there to sample the food, service and prices and provide a more detailed review. Right now I just want to give my readers a heads up that what appears to be a very interesting new eatery will be opening something this month. Camile told me she will notify me when the official opening date is determined. I will pass that info on here.
