We caught up with Mark on the roof deck of his latest project - Kandi Towers 1 & 2 to find out more about this recent achievement and what's in store for the future.
Mark attributes much of his success to an unwavering focus to exceed customer expectations. “Buying a plot of land and building a condo block is the relatively easy part,” he says knowingly.” “The hardest part is to build and maintain a trusted reputation for delivering safe, stylish, and secure living environment incorporating desirable lifestyle facilities.”
Owners or tenants staying in Kandi Realty’s apartments enjoy access to all of the services and facilities across the group. This includes multiple swimming pools, Jacuzzis, sun-decks, gyms, sports bar, games area, coffee shop, restaurant and helicopter drop-off/pick-up with ample car parking. Reflecting on the recent completion of Kandi Towers 1 & 2, Mark acknowledges the project was certainly his largest and most ambitious undertaking to date. “The initial intention was to build each tower independently but we soon realized there were many benefits to tackling both concurrently, especially in terms of delivery time.”
The stylish 12-storey inter-connected towers contain 144 condos consisting of studios, 1 and 2 bedroom apartments. It’s no surprise that the entire project was sold out prior to completion, which is testament to Kandi Realty’s huge popularity and one that no other developer in town has matched to date.

Most people would probably take a long break after such a mammoth project, but Mark has already started on Kandi Tower 3, a 15-storey project comprising 77 units. The project was launched mid-December 2016 and the uptake has been truly remarkable. “On the back of the success of Towers 1 & 2, we knew there was strong demand to build another tower. The speed of sales has been unbelievable and we’ve sold 80% within the first month!”
By almost anyone’s standards this is impressive, but Mark takes nothing for granted. “I’m as passionate today about what I do as I was with my first development.
