Various media reports indicate that the park will be on par with Hong Kong’s Disneyland or Singapore’s Universal Studios. This, after all the confusion that was caused just a few months ago when a rumor went viral on the internet claiming that the Disney Corporation was in talks to do business in the area.
B&B’s project will occupy some 10-hectares of the 120-hectare property it sits on. Expectations for Clark are on the rise as this project is done by the same group behind the newly minted Midori Resort & Casino – a 5-star hotel and gaming facility located just a few minutes from the water park, which aims to be the next leisure destination for Pampanga.
The park looks to be immense project, rivaling Donggwang Corporation’s upcoming Sun Valley Hilton Resort. With Clark Green City on the horizon, combined with the changing of the guard at Mimosa Leisure Estate, the addition of branded hotels, casinos, and now themed entertainment parks, it’s no wonder that many locators currently doing business in Clark are trying to expand.
