People who like to fill up know that Rodizio offers a nice variety of rotisserie chargrilled meats to glut. This restaurant draws its name from the Brazil term for the sort of dining experience where waiters continually bring meat to the table until they are told to stop.
Here, you can get packed to the hilt on beef and pork sausage, steak tenderloin and sirloin, baby back ribs, lamb shoulder, and teriyaki chicken. They house plenty of wine varietals from all over the world to match up with their main courses, and while you’re filling up you can get in on some stir fry, roasted vegetables, a salad bar, or the dessert stand where cakes and a fondue fountain await.
Holiday Inn is also home to what’s perhaps the best buffet in Pampanga, located on the ground level called Mequeni Restaurant. Regardless of which buffet you choose, each grazing session will run you upwards of P1200’ish depending on the drink you order – although the entire bill can be cut in half if you have a membership card to dine with them.
If you’re going to hit this place more than once you’re better off signing up for a Priority Privilege card. This one-year membership for P6500, offers members a 2 for 1 discount on their buffets, 20% off their food when you’re at Copa’s Lounge or poolside, and free access to their swimming pool with a guest. Additionally, there’s a 33% discount on parties of 3 for the buffet, and 25% discount for 4. You get a load of coupons upon signing, with 1 free buffet for 2 and some other add-ons, which helps to offset the price of the membership itself. Rodizio’s hours are evenings only, from 6 to 10, and they are closed on Tuesdays.
